yesterday was answered similar list question (do.call is your friend)
lll<- list(data.frame(a=1:10,b=rnorm(10)),
data.frame(a=1:9,b=rnorm(9)+5))
mat <- sapply(lll, dim)
plot(do.call("rbind",lll), pch=rep(1:dim(mat)[2],
times=as.numeric(mat[1,])))
