R help - Nov 2005 - R implementation of logit - t algorithm?

Hi,

Is there any R implementation of logit-t algorithm
described in "A high performance test of differential
gene expression for oligonucleotide arrays", (Genome
Biology 2003, 4:R67) ? If not, is it worth
implementing it in R?
