Dear All,
I have downloaded the htmlhelp.exe from InterNet. Install it into the path
"C:\Program Files\HTML Help Workshop\". I add this path into the
"Control Panel -> System -> Advanced -> Environment Variables
-> Path -> Variable".
But it still exist error.

hhc.exe is the Microsoft help compiler. You have to download it and put
it somewhere in your path.
