Hello. I have written a function (Maxent), based on the improved iterative scaling algorithm of Della Pietra et al., that calculates the maximum entropy distribution given moment constraints. That is, it obtains the probability distribution (p) with maximum entropy given constraints linear in p. If anyone is interested in this function, or is willing to test it, I will send it to them.
