Hi, when I performe LDA on some of my datasets I get the error message:>Error in lda.default(x, grouping, ...) : variable(s) 3 appear to be constant within groupsI assume the reason is the small values of my varibale 3 ( e.g. 4.530353e-05). Has someone a suggestion how to solve this problem? Multiplying a constant to my dataset seems to solve the problem but does this affect the LDA result?
