hi all other than optim, optimise, and some other related optimisation functions are there any optimisation packages in R?
There's also nlm for non-linear newton type minimization, best, ingmar On 12/15/04 3:48 PM, "Clark Allan" <Allan at STATS.uct.ac.za> wrote:> hi all > > other than optim, optimise, and some other related optimisation > functions are there any optimisation packages in R? > ______________________________________________ > R-help at stat.math.ethz.ch mailing list > https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/r-help > PLEASE do read the posting guide! http://www.R-project.org/posting-guide.html
