R help - Jul 2004 - undefined symbol: modperl_perl_global_avcv_call

Hi everybody,
i'm new in this list.
i have some problem in order to use RSPerl module.
I installed the module RSPerl_0.5-7.tar.gz as described in
http://www.omegahat.org/RSPerl/ and in RFromPerl.pdf, but when i try to
run 

"perl -I /usr/lib/R/library/RSPerl/share/blib/arch -I
/usr/lib/R/library/RSPerl/share/blib/lib -I /usr/lib/R/library/RSPerl
test.pl"

from command line, i get this:

"Can't load
'/usr/lib/R/library/RSPerl/share/blib/arch/auto/R/R.so' for

I run Fedora core 1 and R-1.9.1 compiled to be used as shared library.

Have you any suggestions?
