Use array for your tables and list for plots; e.g.,
allTable <- array(NA, dim=c(numRow, numCol, numIter))
allPlot <- vector(mode="list", length=numIter)
for (i in 1:numIter) {
...
allPlot[[i]] <- plot(...)
allTable[,,i] <- however you generate the table
}
