R help - Oct 2003 - Lines between coordinates

Hello,

Given x1, ..., xn and y1, ..., yn I'd like to draw n lines between xi,yi.
The xi, yi shoulfd be 2-D coordinates.
 
What is an elegant solution?

I suspect you are looking for segments().
