In addition to Gelman et al, there is also Jeff Gill's BAYESIAN METHODS FOR THE SOCIAL AND BEHAVIORAL SCIENCES with accompanying R/SPLUS code. You have to be careful though, at least in the first printing, it isn't always clear when the code is for R versus SPlus.
