Has anyone converted the S-PLUS software tweedie, dglm, polygamma, digamma written by Gordon Smyth to R? I use dglm on S+2000 and then dump the results in R for further processing. I''d also like this code to be converted to R, but I had always thought that it wasn''t open source. Maybe it would be worth asking to G. Smyth. -- Mathieu Ros PhD student, INRA.

Some of the stuff (but not all) would seem to be in the StatMod library. Anyway, Gordon is a nice guy, and I''m sure he''d be grateful for help with the porting, so why not just contact him? -- O__ ---- Peter Dalgaard Blegdamsvej 3 c/ /''_ --- Dept. of Biostatistics 2200 Cph.
