I have a simple code to produce some populations graphics.

60: P(T+1) = P(T) + R*P(T) * (1-P(T)/K)

140: FOR T= 0 TO 69

where P = Y, T = X, R and K are constants.

how to make a similar function in R to make this graphic?

By porting that Basic code? The details are left as an exercise for the 
reader, since you stated it is "simple".
