R help - Nov 2002 - Novice question: how to solve the issue of hitting RAM limit

Hello all,

  I am running a MCMC on my pc, and it shows the message:
Cannot run matrix manipulate to 335K
Reaching RAM limit.
Stopped.

  So it stopped. Guess I just stored too much data in working memory. So can 
you give me some suggestion to solve it with specific commands?
