hi, I'm looking into some point pattern analysis of tree stands. I have posted my graphical output to ( http://jleach1.dsl.kamloops.net/cl/ ) to help illustrate my questions. CH13 looks like an orchard, it's obvious the distribution is not random like CH14. Now what information is the K-Function plot telling me; for example why does the K-Function for CH13 follow the Poisson process? Anyone know of a good K-Function tutorial? Should I be looking at something else to get info about the distribution of the points? Thanks, j. -- ...................... ..... Jason C. Leach ..
