You could also try the ffnet package:
http://cran.r-project.org/contrib/extra/ffnet/ffnet_0.6-6.BCD.linux.R.tar.gz,
where I have implemented some time series functionalities. The above link is a
binary distribution for linux. In principle, the package is also available in
source code form, but then you need Numerical Recipes in C, to get the full
source code. However, I have to warn you. I didn?t work for a long time on ffnet
(and I have no plans to do so in the future). So some functionalities are
brocken with the newer versions of R, although the main functions still work
with R-1.5.0.
