[R] Publication presentation of lme ANOVA tables
So, ... would anyone be so kind as to provide a citation or two from non-statistical (e.g., biological) peer-reviewed journals that present results from lme analyses? The extended output from summary() provides variance components and single degree of freedom parameter tests, and the anova() output provides F tests and Ndf and Ddf. I am used to seeing and providing output similar to aov() with SS, MS, F, and p-values. I could back calculate those, but perhaps someone has a more informed opinion ? Thanks for the thoughts.
