Dear All - I tried to install R-1.3.1 on a Ultrasparc 10 running Solaris 2.7. I have followed the directions in the INSTALL file exactly, but R refuses to create the file R.bin. I also had someone else, who is better with UNIX than I am, try the installation. It didn't create the R.bin file for him, either. As a result, I cannot run R, even after going through the installation process. Help!
