I tried to to build the mclust.dll with f2c and VC5 (R0.64.2). It turns out
that two routines, d1mach and intpr, are missing from blapack.f.
Supplying d1mach as dmach from Linpack and and inserting a dummy intpr (this
prints an error message that may be of not much use in the Windows version)
resulted in a mclust.dll that seems to work.
On the other hand, building the dll with the ecgs-1.1.2 distribution still
gives the message "LoadLibrary failed" or so.
