AMD Barcelona Technical Training Opportunities for SW Developers - LA Area - Week of March 10
We have some open slots in our AMD Barcelona Technical Training classes in the LA area next week. Since Solaris is one of the "Barcelona ready" operating systems, we thought this could be of interest to this audience. AMD Barcelona Technical Training for Software Partners AMD would like to invite you to participate in several technical training opportunities focused on our recently released quad-core processor, Barcelona. Barcelona brings to market key technology changes that can be exploited and tuned for performance from the operating system, compiler, and application layers. AMD has been working with our training partner, Mindshare, to create and tune their AMD Processor Architecture class and PC Virtualization class to cover the changes with Barcelona. Their instructors have been working side by side with AMD to prepare and participate in the Barcelona Launch. We believe these training offerings will short cut the time for your organization to understand the Barcelona technology changes and put in place a plan to take advantage of them in your software products. A precise understanding of Barcelona will help your software teams make better design and implementation decisions for your future products that will run on the multi-core x86 architectures - a definite win-win proposition. After the session is over, your teams will have access to the latest updates to the training materials via the Mindshare website. As we learn more and incorporate our learning into the training materials, we will share it with you. Monday March 10 9am-5pm Santa Monica, CA. Wednesday March 12 9am-5pm Costa Mesa, CA.
