Logcheck devel - Jun 2004 - Uploading HEAD as 1.2.22a in 8 hrs

Unless there are objections, I'm going to upload the current HEAD as 1.2.22a
to get maks' fix included.

if you already uploaded, latest change do not matter that match,
we might get reports about some duplicate messages,
but thats not that serious.

if not please wait another day to better see if latest changes
have an unwanted side effect.
