LARTC - Nov 2005 - per packet loadbalancing.

I have the following scheme:

I''d like to do per packet loadbalancing on linux1 
and linux2 routers. How to configure each one?

I think, the Julian Anastasov patches from
http://www.ssi.bg/~ja/#routes are unnecessary ???
