klibc - Mar 2005 - 0.205 released

I hope this fixes most of the issues raised by Eric.  I don't want to 
have a default signal() if we can avoid it.  In general, the things 
listed in the CAVEATS file are intentional, and I do not plan to change 
them.

Yep, works like a charm.  Tested with 0.207.
