Icecast - Aug 2004 - OGG streaming and Icecast2

No, Ices is not for Windows.

Oddcast is a good Windows streamer, though.  (WinAmp plugin)

I just found something called m3w. It functions like ices..but its for
windows. It only supports Icecast 1.x though..no OGG either :(
