I think I figured everything out on my own, BUT it gives me this error each time I attempt to play a stream (using WinAmp's oddcast plugin). I have made sure multiple times that the passwords in the Icecast config file & oddcast config box are both the same! If you are getting "login with invalid or missing password" it means one of a few things : * you have not selected Icecast2 as the server type in the DSP config * you are not using the most current versions of both icecast2 and oddcast (http://www.oddsock.org/icecast2 for that) * you are using the most current oddcast, but have <icylogin>1</icylogin> in your icecast2 config. also, as far as the documentation goes, the main Icecast2 documentation has not been written yet and is in serious need of doing so...please feel free to contribute if you are able :) oddsock At 06:55 PM 10/20/2002 -0600, you wrote:>----- Original Message ----- >From: "Chris G (Moguta)" <chrisg1@umbc.edu> >To: <icecast@xiph.org> >Sent: Sunday, October 20, 2002 3:26 PM >Subject: RE: [icecast] Icecast2 Configuration > > > > I think I figured everything out on my own, BUT it gives me this error >each > > time I attempt to play a stream (using WinAmp's oddcast plugin).
