This is to announce the release of ices 2.0 beta 4. The source client
for stream Ogg Vorbis to Icecast 2.
Several people reported the ALSA input module was breaking the build.
This should fix the API issues raised, I've tested it here with ALSA
v1.0.1, but more testing would be appreciated.

. Small build changes
. Skip Ogg Vorbis files where a serial number would not change
between logical streams, very rare but would cause corrupted
playback on many players.
