CentOS - Nov 2008 - Missing freeradius update

The following errata on freeradius package was issued by redhat on  
october 15 and is not yet available under Centos 5 :

Is there any particular reason ?

Its not a distro release, we dont build anything that isnt pushed into 
the distro at this time.

I am working on some changes that will allow us to do fastrack etc soon. 
but not till then.
