CentOS - Nov 2004 - instlal issue

I am getting a GPG error whenever i try to install samba.  I have 
just reinstalled 3.1..yum updated to 3.3 and now m getting gpg 
errors.  Any ideas?  I am going to go get the gpg key and 
reinstall it
