CentOS - Apr 2004 - CentOS DVD ISO not downloadable

Hello list,

I wanted to download the CentOS 3.1 DVD image, but since I'm not too
familiar
with BitTorrent I asked my brother to do so. He tried and told me the tracker 
was down. I don't know exactly what that means, but he can't download
it.

It should be up again now - there seems to be a problem with 
btdownloadheadless hanging L(
