asterisk users - Aug 2014 - Call Deflection on PRI

Hi
The only way to have CD service is using:
DAHDISendCallreroutingFacility(<destination-5551212>,
<original-my-number>, cfu|cfb|cfnr|unknown)

or it is possible also with Dial() command before answering the call also ?
