You would have to create a dialplan for it.
If your provider expects *67 (which is the case here with I/CLEC POTS)
then you would create something like:
exten => _*67[2-9]XXXXXX,1,Dial(Zap/g1/${EXTEN})
In the case of PRI you would use:
exten => _*67[2-9]XXXXXX,1,SetCallerPres(prohib)
exten => _*67[2-9]XXXXXX,2,Dial(Zap/g1/${EXTEN:3})
