pri unset debug file Ends PRI debug output to file
then I type the following command:
pri intense debug 1
No such command 'pri intense debug 1' (type 'help pri intense'
for other
possible commands)
Why is it not understanding my command?

Because you need to type "pri intense debug SPAN 1"
