Although QM is not open-source, it is extremely affordable and high quality for the price. The closest I'm aware of is Vicidial, though if you only want a call centre statistics package, Vicidial doesn't really meet the requirements since it's focus is on being a predictive dialler. There are a couple of unfinished, unpolished packages that are around that don't even come /close/ to what is available through QueueMetrics.
