Hi All. I have notice a problem with FM feature (screen macros) on Asterisk CVS version. When call goes via IAX and calling part "accept the call" on Dial command with option M, in macros context it's setting MACRO_RESULT=CONTINUE, but anyway it hangups both channels. If anyone faced with such problem please let me know. I need to know whether it's bug or just configuration issue. Thank U.
Hi all, I am interested in a follow me script for Asterisk - specifically I am looking for one that will prompt the calling party to record their name and then call through a list of numbers playing the recording. If a digit is pressed by the recipient then the call is put through. Is there anything like this available as an example for Asterisk? TIA, Max -- Max Clark http://www.clarksys.com
http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=5574 That is a patch that will do just that. It sure makes the dial plan alot easier to read. Why not make things easy when possible, rather than forcing a newer user to have to jump through all sorts of hoops to implement a simple feature like this. I'll second that, I have implemented a followme in my dialplan and my CDR's require creative SQL queries in order to determine definitively a user's call logs in a given period. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... It sure makes the dial plan alotnothing wrong with that, i wasnt suggesting rejecting the application or anything. just pointing out that scripting it within the dialplan makes it more flexible for more people, especially those who cant code in C to change how it behaves. -- Regards, /\_/\ "All dogs go to heaven." dinesh@alphaque.com (0 0) http://www.alphaque.com/ +==========================----oOO--(_)--OOo----==========================+ | for a in past present future; do | | for b in clients employers associates relatives neighbours pets; do | | echo "The opinions here in no way reflect the opinions of my $a $b." | | done; done | +=========================================================================+
I could not find followme app listed when I tried "show applications" on the CLI. Is this app patch incorporated into asterisk 1.24 release tree? If not, what are the plans for the future?
