[Asterisk-Users] Looking for PRI Outbound Caller ID Configura tion
As an employee in the technical operations of a CLEC this information is easily obtainable by anyone that has access to the Class 5 switch servicing that PRI... A Q.931 trace in the Class 5 Switch will tell the whole story.... -----Original Message----- From: asterisk-users-bounces@lists.digium.com [mailto:asterisk-users-bounces@lists.digium.com] On Behalf Of Rich Adamson Sent: Tuesday, June 21, 2005 8:13 AM To: Asterisk Users Mailing List - Non-Commercial Discussion Subject: RE: [Asterisk-Users] Looking for PRI Outbound Caller ID Configuration> That didn't seem to work either. They _can_ do that. The last pri that I implemented had similar problems, and it only took a few minutes with the right people on the phone to resolve it. Getting to the right person in the CO tends to be a problem in some cases. (In my case, they swore up and down things were configured correctly on their end. But after a couple of traces they found one of their switches was dropping callerid info.) _______________________________________________ Asterisk-Users mailing list Asterisk-Users@lists.digium.com http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users
