Hi All, I'd like to setup asterisk for a small call center. I need basic functionality for a small call center, including but not limited to: 1) Multiple queues with different rules for each (e.g. some queues, people may leave messages in, others people will just have to wait until the call is answered) 2) Call monitoring (all call - inbound/outbound - must be recorded) 3) Agent Barge (our quality control people must be able to passively monitor conversations in real time) 4) Screen Pops: when calls come in and are sent to the Queue, I would like to be able to send a URL to the agent's softphone upon the agent becoming available. So, when a call comes in for queue 1, I'd like the Queue application to send http://url1 to the agent when the call is distributed; when a call comes in for queue 2, I'd like the Queue application to send http://url2 to the agent. 5) Call conferencing for the agents: all agents will be using soft phones and they need to be able to conference calls I have a few questions: a) I'd like to use Xten's soft phone for the agents. I don't know if Xten's soft phone supports being sent a URL and opening up a browser pointing to it. Does anyone know if it supports it? If it does, can anyone give me sample configuration in Asterisk on how to do it? b) If Xten's soft phone does not support it, does anyone know of a soft phone for Windows that supports it? c) I've seen a lot of postings on the list about version 1.0.7 of Asterisk. Is this the latest and most stable version of Asterisk or should I use the latest CVS version? Thanks, Waldo
