Try setting
emdigitwait=500
this is the time it waits for DTMF digits on a E&M T1 channel

Subject: [Asterisk-Users] E&M Wink problems
We're having some difficulty connecting a T1 fax board card to asterisk,
with E&M Wink. We've successfully connected it to other E&M Wink
T1s,
but have been unable to get asterisk to hear it's dialing. Asterisk can
dial down to it with no problem, and it hears all the digits, but
whenever it sends digits down to asterisk, * always only "gets" the
first one.
This is plugged into span 2 of a TE405p, and we have an ADIT in span 1,
both in the same inbound context, and we have no problems dialing in on
the ADIT, so I don't believe it's a problem with extensions.conf, or
"immediate=no" in zapata.conf.
I'm thinking it must have something to do with timing/timeouts of winks
and digits, but don't understand how the parameters (prewink, rxwink,
wink, start, etc.) apply to the various times in the actual call setup
process.
>From logs of it plugged into another E&M wink device, we see the
following timings when it tries to dial:
0 ms - WINK starts
300 ms - WINK ends
1000 ms - digit 1
1150 ms - digit 2
1300 ms - digit 3
1450 ms - digit 4
(this was configured to only accept 4 incoming digits)
What settings are we missing to get asterisk to see more than 1 digit?
Thanks,
