asterisk users - Jan 2005 - How to reset IP600 with no password?

Hi,
I want to reset IP600 to the factory settings but when I press 468* and hold
it asks for password?
Is there another way?

Hmm,
On the IP500, I believe this is where you enter the MAC address. You 
know, I'm pretty sure this question is all over the mailing list..
