[Asterisk-Users] Question on behalf of a wannabe new list member
---------- Forwarded message ---------- Date: Tue, 4 Jan 2005 17:12:32 -0800 From: Bill D'Anjou <danjou@rocketinternet.net> To: steve@daviesfam.org Subject: FW: [Asterisk-Users] TE410P card in an HP-Compaq DL380 G4 server Can you post this to the group for me? I've joined & I am receiving e-mails from the group but when I try to post I get a bounce saying "waiting for admin review - since I'm a non-member." I would appreciate it. I've been watching this topic to see if anything comes up that applies to my situation. Apparently Digium is SWAMPED.... I bought a new card from them & haven't been able to get support for about a week now. I have a Dell PowerEdge 6350. The T100P I purchased from Digium works fine in it, just perfect. But when I try to install a TE405P, I get a bunch of errors (no D Chan, etc.). I'm beginning to think the card is defective but just wanted to see if anyone on the list might have any ideas. Here's the config I'm using: File: /etc/zaptel.conf span=1,0,0,esf,b8zs span=2,0,0,esf,b8zs span=3,0,0,esf,b8zs span=4,0,0,esf,b8zs bchan=1-23 dchan=24 bchan=25-47 dchan=48 bchan=49-71 dchan=72 bchan=73-95 dchan=96 File: /etc/asterisk/zapata.conf switchtype=national signalling=pri_net group=1 channel => 1-23,25-47,49-71,73-95 I am the network side.... sending a PRI to some Quintum gear. The spans do come up but they generate the errors mentioned above. Appreciate any/all help. Thanks, Bill
