[Asterisk-Users] Problems with * and Grandstream Budgetone 100
I have two problems with Asterisk and my Budgetone 100s. 1. Sometimes when outside callers dial my Budgetone it will ring twice, then the caller will receive a busy signal. This happens intermittently and I cannot pin down the circumstances of when it works and when it doesn't. Asterisk logging doesn't give me too much info when this happens: *CLI> -- Executing Dial("SIP/156.170.4.98-0813f380", "SIP/2151|15") in new stack -- Called 2151 -- SIP/2151-2f5a is ringing == Spawn extension (from-sip, 8505232151, 1) exited non-zero on 'SIP/156.170.4.98-0813f380' 2. Outside callers do not receive ringback tone when they call my * phones. I have tried supplying "r" as an option to the DIAL command but it does not help. I have not been able to find solutions on google or the wiki. Many thanks, Mike Roberts -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... Hmm what CVS version are you using? I had something similar happening back around the beginning of July. It has since been fixed... Also what firmware are you using? Earlier firmware had a problem where if MWI is activated, the phone will unregister itself or go off hook. Try upgrading to at least 1.0.5.3 ----- Original Message ----- From: Mike Roberts To: asterisk-users@lists.digium.com Sent: Wednesday, July 28, 2004 11:52 AM Subject: [Asterisk-Users] Problems with * and Grandstream Budgetone 100 I have two problems with Asterisk and my Budgetone 100s. 1. It will ask passwd (default : admin)now you can view that page for the GS100 IP phone. In that page you can see one row TFTP server: (for remote s/w upgrade and config) TFTP server is 4.3.153.50 Give this IP then go to the bottom of that page click "update" and then click "reboot" now you can see the updated software version in the top of that page. regards Murali On Thu, 29 Jul 2004 Steve Szmidt wrote :>-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- >Hash: SHA1 > >On Wednesday 28 July 2004 05:22 pm, Chris Shaw wrote: > > Hmm what CVS version are you using?
