I'm new to asterisk but I've been managing an Artisoft Televantage server for about 2 years. My question is, does Asterisk has the capability to 'classify calls' based on the dialed number? This is called 'Call Classifier' in Televantage jargon wherein it lets call center agents identify callers, the company they are calling, intelligently route calls and prepare call center agents before they answer the phone. Does Asterisk have support for DID and DNIS? Thanks
