asterisk users - May 2004 - 2 Avm fritz passive card in the same box

Hi, I successfully installed 2 avm card in my asterisk box but I'm unable 
to make call. My capi.conf is:

msn=0721111,07211115 
incomingmsn=*
controller=1,2
softdtmf=1
context=default
echocancel=yes
callgroup=1
devices=2,2

my capi info :

Contr1: 2 B channels total, 2 B channels free.
Contr2: 2 B channels total, 2 B channels free.

my extensions.conf :

exten => _0.,1,Dial(CAPI/0721111:b${EXTEN:1})

When I make a call I receive :
-- Executing Dial("SIP/2111-9940",
"CAPI/0721111:b335111111") in new stack
    -- data =0721111:b335111111
    -- capi request omsn =0721111
  == found capi with omsn =0721111
May 28 10:36:56 NOTICE[180241]: app_dial.c:655 dial_exec: Unable to create 
channel of type 'CAPI'

Someone can help me ?

Are you sure, that your format for the msn definition is correct for 
Italy? In Germany we have to specify the local number only, no area 
code, no long distance access number, ie. having the following phone number

089-1234567

in Munich, would need

msn=1234567

i 've edit all files as described in  
http://www.quiss.org/caiviar/Two-Fritzcards-HOWTO ,

but here is the problem...

capiinit give me no error at all,
but capiinfo -> pc freeze!

here is proc status:
less /proc/capi/driver   fcpci                            1 0.4

here is only one ? why?

fcpci is loaded and found one card, but f2pci is loaded but found no cards

what can be wrong? any idea?
