I have the last firmware for zplex, if you like i send it to you, about the
second question 24s means
24 extensions so you can configurate as you wish as fxo or fxs.

sorry, I don't agree with that.
the 24 fxs is only 24fxs,
the 8/16 is 8 fxo and 16 fxs, 
you cannot switch between fxo/fxs on the zhone.

but correct me if you verified I'm wrong
