This has happened to us as well.  The only way we've found to fix it is to
restore the factory defaults and reload your settings.

Hi Everybody
i'm? working with zplex and asterisk as shown a message (the attached
image), when i'm calling the extensions I get the dialtone and i can even
dial to?others?extensions, but the dialtone never stops, i don't see in the
asterisk console any error messages and the called extension rings but
when?I?pickup the call i just listen the dialtone too.
?
I?configured the lines on zplex as fxs,?the cross conections are ok?and the
zplex does not show alarms, so i don't know what to do, any idea?
