Just wondering if there's any significance to the jacks on the TDM cards. They appear to be RJ-45 instead of RJ-11, and I wasn't quite sure if that's something that makes a difference from the user perspective. . . Thx. B.
Hi, Can anyone suggest a good E1 card that works with asterisk? I tried dialogic E1 card but no luck. Regards, Antonio Rabena LGA Telecom Pte Ltd Tel: +65 6892 2308 Fax: +65 6872 5668 Email: antonio@lga.net.sg
special design feature to make it easier to plug in the network where it doesn't belong when reaching around from the front of the box :) (It's lucky most of the stuff these days is tolerant of this sort of thing since I am sure it happens all the time) At 07:53 PM 4/22/2003 -0500, you wrote:>Just wondering if there's any significance to the jacks on the TDM >cards. We at Digium (creators of Asterisk) have a single and quad E1 card that works with Asterisk (http://www.digium.com). Dialogic E1 cards may also work with special drivers available from us. For a hardware compatability list see http://www.digium.com in the hardware section. If you don't have the card already: RJ-11 plugs in just fine. :-) - ask -- http://www.askbjoernhansen.com/
