I've tried to register * at FWD but * segfaults, so i guess my register-line in sip.conf isn't correct. It looks like: register => fwd#:pwd@192.246.69.223 should it be different? Chris

Hi, I created an iaxtel account, and was given a password containing an "@" character. The directory pages imply that they change the web login password only. How do I reset my IAX password so that it is usable in the iax.conf file? Thanks, Steve

...nything I can do to make the X100P better at detecting hangups? Is it possible at all? Is it correct to use ks? With ls it took much longer for it to detect hangups, if it detected them at all. I'm having trouble with incoming calls that start to ring again a few seconds after the local user hangs up. I get "Starting simple switch" on the FXO port, so it's not just a matter of mistakingly initiating a 3-way call on hang up or something. Picking up the ringing telephone will get a CO dialtone. This happens, say, 50% of the time for incoming calls, never for outgoing

I did a cvs update this afternoon and since then asterisk doesn't seem to clean up the channels after they hangup. This has been working perfectly for quite some time previously... I do a show channels and it shows the channels still up. The only way out is to kill and restart asterisk.... I want to compile a custom xenU kernel for a firewall distribution (endianfw, version of ipcop), I can get it to load up but the kernel is missing some modules that aren''t resident. So I want to make a custom version for this domU, I know what I need kernel+openswan+xen+patch-o-matic but I not sure the best way to go about this, do I patch a fedora source or start with a vanilla kernel?
