Dear Bernd,
AFAIK you can only get counts, densitys, counts scale to a maximum of 1
and likewise densitys. But you can alter the labels on the scales
manually.
library(ggplot2)
dataset <- data.frame(x = rnorm(1000))
ggplot(dataset, aes(x = x)) + stat_bin(aes(y = ..ncount..))
ggplot(dataset, aes(x = x)) + geom_histogram() +
scale_y_continuous(breaks = seq(0, 90, by = 10), labels = paste(seq(0,
90, by = 10) / 1000, "%", sep = ""))

Thierry

To call in the statistician after the experiment is done may be no more
than asking him to perform a post-mortem examination: he may be able to
say what the experiment died of.

Onderwerp: [R] ggplot2: histogram with proportions (or %)
Dear all (Hadley, Thierry :-),
I was wondering how to force ggplot/qplot(... geom="histogram") to
plot
proportions (or %) instead of counts/densities.
Thanks for your help,
Bernd
