[R] Poisson and negative binomial models with truncation
I am fitting count data models with zero-truncated data. Are there commands in R to adjust the Poisson model (glm(y~x, poisson)) and the negative binomial model (glm.nb(y~x)) for truncated distributions? Thanks in advance! Did you try RSiteSearch("zero-inflated")?
