i have a dataframe with the name "obsdata"

not i want to boxplot the data from V5 to V11 ,what can i do ?
it seems that boxplot(obsdata$V5) can only plot one group of data ?

This can be done using bwplot in lattice library. Also, it is better to organize your data in 'long' format. Look at functions reshape or melt in reshape library.
