R help - Oct 2007 - Errors in R-2-6-0?

I was happy today to install the new version of R 2-6-0 But I ran into
problems I did not have before: 


setwd("C:/R/DATA/BRugs")
> library(BRugs)
> 
> modelCheck("rcapturemodel.txt")
Error in file(con, "r") : unable to open connection
In addition: Warning message:
In file(con, "r") :
  cannot open file
'C:\DOCUME~1\Franco\LOCALS~1\Temp\RtmpU0eG2C/buffer.txt',
reason 'No such file or directory'

I am 100 percent sure my file is in C:/R/DATA/BRugs and I don't know why it
is trying to open the C:\DOCUME~1... I never asked the program to go search
for any file there!

I re-installed version 2-5-0 and it works well. I believe this problem is due
to an incompatibility of BRugs with R-2-6-0
