Assuming this is about the R (D)COM server from
http://cran.r-project.org/contrib/extra/dcom/00ReadMe.html
please note that it has its own mailing lists (accessed via the link on
that page). You will need to tell people the versions of everything you
used (as the R posting guide asked you to).
